Jesus . . . your rescuer . . .
your deliverer . . .
nothing can defeat Him,
no problem too big,
no report too bad,
no future too bleak,
no sickness too serious,
no relationship too broken,
no sin too great,
no addiction too strong,
no lack too enormous,
no heart He cannot heal,
no storm He cannot still,
no knowledge He cannot reveal,
no situation He cannot fix,
no circumstances He cannot change,
no fear He cannot conquer,
no doubt He cannot remove,
no life He cannot restore,
no faithlessness He cannot renew,
no anger He cannot subdue,
no kingdom He doesn't rule,
no power greater than Him,
no enemy that can stand before Him,
and no condemnation too severe . . .
If all you can muster to do . . . is just to call on His name . . .
If all you can muster to do . . . is just to call on His name . . .
call on Him . . . He will redeem your life . . .
HE IS LORD . . . Christ Jesus . . . the risen King . . .

(Google image, Jesus . . . Your rescuer)Father, thank You for giving us Jesus, our Rescuer, Deliver, the One who defeats Satan at every turn, when we ask Him to.
Our problems seem so large to us, but in fact, none are too big for Jesus to handle.
Our pasts, which have given us bleak futures, problems way too serious, and even broken relationships too great, can be handled by Him.
As there's no situation He cannot fix and bring changes in, we can depend upon Him to help us conquer them, and to remove all doubt that He can.
We will call on His name to redeem our lives. He is LORD of our lives, this Christ Jesus, our risen King!
I pray this in His name. Amen.
Today's Bible verses-
"How much more shall the blood of Christ, who through
the eternal Spirit offered himself without spot to God,
purge your conscience from dead works to serve the
living God?" (Heb. 9:14 KJV).
"For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus
unto good works, which God hath before ordained
that we should walk in them" (Eph. 2:10 KJV).
Today's quotes-
"Don't you know that you yourselves are God's temple
and that God's Spirit lives in you? (1 Cor. 3:16 NIV)."How much more shall the blood of Christ, who through
the eternal Spirit offered himself without spot to God,
purge your conscience from dead works to serve the
living God?" (Heb. 9:14 KJV).
"For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus
unto good works, which God hath before ordained
that we should walk in them" (Eph. 2:10 KJV).
~ Michele Cushatt- "Regardless of your pain--whether physical, emotional, or spiritual--you don’t have to pretend to be strong, nor do you need to succumb to your tears. Become a child in the presence of a comforting Father."
Don’t be afraid to expose your need
and ask God for comfort.
Then, count on Him to deliver." (From her message, As a Child in the Presence of a Loving Father.")
Diana Leagh Matthews: "Recently, I heard a sermon relating the first days of the church of Christ to the uncertainty of our future as Christians in this world. The sermon ended by assuring us that although we live in an uncertain world today, one thing is for sure.
Jesus Christ will return again one day just the way he promised."
Today's question-
Do you have the assumption that troubles take away the
sanctification from God's people?
Because we've been sanctified by the blood of Christ through our salvation decision, we are sanctified for life. What we do with it, will largely depend upon our degree of dedication to Jesus. God sees the potential in each of us, and according to His plan for us in heaven's books with our names on them, we can experience a walk of sanctified living, where, as His child, and set apart to become visible [likeness of Jesus] over time, we'll give Him honor and glory.
