Dr. Wesley L. Duewel- Whether the angels assist in answering your prayers as a special assignment from God or simply in the normal course of their duty, you are not required to ask for their help.
In fact, you should never pray to angels. Pray to God, realizing that He may choose to assign angels to help meet the needs for which you pray. Under certain circumstances you may legitimately request the assistance of angels in meeting needs: (Google image, Angels on assignment)
1. Needs Related to Evangelism, Church, and Missionary Work. You may wish to pray for God's angels to speed the granting of permits; to coordinate weather; to provide traveling mercies; to help with complex arrangements; to ensure that equipment works properly; to give favor with local or other government authorities;
To attract the attention of key people; to motivate people to attend important meetings; to distract the opposition, or to silence and remove the opponents; to help you to answer questions and objections; to help break sinful habits.
2. Needs Related to Defeating Satan. You may need the assistance of God's angels to bind Satan's influence; to disrupt his plans and check his control over certain people; to dispel satanic darkness and drive back his demons; to help Christians in times of temptation, giving them power to resist Satan, and uniting them against Satan and his forces.
3. Needs Related to Protection. At times, angelic protection is imperative. Under God's direction, angels may protect from accident, storms and other natural calamities; from insects, wild animals, disease germs and infections; from enemies motivated by Satan for from outright demonic attack; from Satan's temptation.
Angels also may be empowered to distract the attention of your foes, causing your presence to go unnoticed in times of danger. They may then coordinate providential circumstances to aid in your escape from enemies.
4. Personal Needs. You may feel the need of angelic help in very personal matters: to protect your loved ones; to help you contact people, find solutions, give you special skills, help you locate items; to bring people to your aid, awaken you on time, bring things to your memory or attention;
To guide in a difficult decision; to provide physical strength beyond your own; to remind others to pray for you, remind you of a Scripture verse or where to find it in the Bible; to help you understand others; to watch over your crop or livestock (Mal. 3:11); to help in business matters.
This is but a suggested list of situations in which you may need angelic assistance. Remember, God the Father, Son and Holy Spirit can work directly, but they probably most often choose to work through the ministry and cooperation of angels.
Thank God for the help of His angels whenever you suspect they have been involved. A multitude of these heavenly ambassadors is always instantly available to you, to be dispatched to the place of person in need. They are waiting to help you.

Let's pray-
"Jesus, Son of God, thank You for setting me free to make wise choices. Thank You for giving me wisdom beyond my natural understanding. I purpose to stand firm, and I do not intend to let myself be burdened again by a yoke of slavery to old hang-ups and insecurities. Where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty—emancipation from bondage –there is freedom. As a servant of the LORD, I refuse to quarrel; instead, I will be kind to everyone, able to teach, and I am not resentful. In the name of Jesus, I pray. Amen." Germine Copeland

Scripture Reading:
John 8:36
Galatians 5:1 (NIV)
2 Corinthians 3:17 (AMP)
2 Tim. 2:24 (NIV)
Today's Bible verses-
John 8:36 (NKJV) "Therefore if the Son makes you free, you shall be free indeed."
Gal. 5:1 (NKJV) Stand fast therefore in the liberty by which Christ has made us free, and do not be entangled again with a yoke of bondage."
Heb. 4:11 (NKJV) "Then the devil left Him, and behold, angels came and ministered to Him."
Today's quote-
Jill Savage- "Soul-care is not a luxury for you. It's a necessity. Think outside the box for how you can find some space to be with God. Maybe you're used to spending time with God at the dining room table, but now that's the center of family activity so you need to go to your bedroom and close the door or sit out on the porch during this season. When I've been in dark seasons of my life, my mantra has been, "It is not well with my circumstances but I am determined it will be well with my soul." You may not feel like pursuing soul-care and connecting with God, but you need to do that now more than ever. Do it because it's the right thing and the feelings--and results--will follow."

Vicarious Intercession
Oswald Chambers tells us to “Beware of imagining that intercession means bringing our personal sympathies into the presence of God and demanding that He does what we ask."
Words of wisdom-
~ When we're in a scary place, the Lord would have us look to Him for His help to not be afraid. As He is constantly with us, He can silence the fears if we'll take courage and not be afraid. He is our only Safe Place.
Today's question-
Are we going to believe in Jesus, or doubt He is Who He said He is?
When we read about the disciple Thomas, who doubted that Jesus had in reality risen from the grave, we see a man who needed actual proof of things before he'd believe. Aren't we like that sometimes?
We want proof of something before we'll believe what someone tells us. The risen Savior stood very much alive in front of Thomas that next week the disciples met. Jesus showed him the marks of the Crucifixion, and we read of Thomas' humble admittance that Jesus was in fact, his Lord and his God! [See John 20:24-28].
History proves that Jesus rose from the grave 3 days after He was beaten and nailed to a cruel cross; He died and was buried.
The message He gave His disciples was to tell Who He was, His salvation provision for our sins and that His Crucifixion made a way back to God. Jesus taught the disciples to believe in Him, so they could teach others that He lives to save sinners.
He is in heaven interceding for us and has provided the Holy Spirit to live within us, as He was in Christ Jesus while He was here on earth.
We now have angels to accompany us on our journey to assist us in whatever way we may have need of. They are our constant helpers, as is the Holy Spirit, Who abides within His believers. The Church. His Body.
We are blessed if we believe and yet have not seen Him. Our individual experiences to know Him are testimonies enough to enable us to believe in what He provided by His life, death and resurrection. He'll be coming back sometime soon for His Church. I trust you'll make your salvation sure by admitting you are a sinner who needs this salvation. (Prayer for salvation).
Repent and receive Him now as your Lord and Savior. Be encouraged to read the Bible, [start with John in the New Testament] asking the Holy Spirit to guide what you'll be reading, as it is Alive with God's breath of Life. Look for online messages of faith by a local church, if at all possible, so your faith can be strengthened by what you read and watch. Start to get acquainted with the pastor and others in the online service, until you're able to begin attending in person.
Pray for the Lord to help you connect with Christians who are strong in their faith in the Savior. They'll help you learn His ways for a strong faith that will endure the coming challenges we'll all have to face.
