Thank you thank you thank you my God
For love and protection
The Gift of Your Son
For Your Holy Spirit
That makes us as one
For heaven and blessings
That soon will be here
When one with our Maker
We'll shout out and cheer
For sin will be banished
And death will be gone
For God's Holy people
Will have a new dawn
And only the hands
And the feet of our Lord
Will carry the scars
Of the sins that He bore
To help us remember
There's no place like home
As self is surrendered
And never to roam
From God's Holy presence
Where faith is the key
As by His obedience
We take the knee
And bow with submission
To Christ the God/Man
Who loved us enough
To go through with the plan
To leave all His glory
As Maker and King
The high court of heaven
Where angels did sing
To come to this earth
As a poor helpless babe
Just born in a stall
With its muck in the hay
With flies and the stench
Of the cattle and sheep
And poor little donkeys
That stood in their sleep
For nothing romantic
Was there to be found
Until all the creatures
Awoke to the sound
Of cries from their Master
This Babe on the straw
To which holy angels
Attended in awe
To shield and protect
Till His time should arrive
To die on the cross
And to rise yet alive
As our great Assurance
That we too could be
Embraced in His arms
When His glory we see
So please don't delay
But take time now my friend
To grasp hold by faith
To God's grace til the end
As now on your knees
With His scriptures in hand
You study the beauty
Of His Holy plan
And we will resemble
What He wants to see
The image of Jesus
In both you and me

Let's pray-
Let's pray-
Father, our images will change as we spend time with Your Word.
Time in prayer and seeking Your direction for our lives is the most valuable time spent, as then we can begin to see You and become like You.
Thank You for Your Holy Spirit, available to all believers in what Jesus has accomplished on that cruel cross some 2,000 years ago.
Please continue a good work in each of us, to bring us into maturity of faith and productivity for the Kingdom's work.
I ask this is Jesus' name. Amen.

Today’s Bible verses-
(Ps. 65:11) "Thou crownest the year with thy goodness; and thy paths drop fatness."
(1 Chron. 16:8) "Give thanks unto the LORD, call upon his name, make known his deeds among the people."
Today’s quote-
" Where are the fathers who will stand against this flood of uncleanness and say, "As for me and my house, we will serve the LORD" (Joshua 24:15)? [p. 95 in THE ROAD TO REALITY by J. P. Yohannan]
Our thought today-
Jesus is the Ultimate Conqueror. He conquered Death and hell! He offers victory to us today! He has the keys! (Rev. 1:18) We will also be raised with Him.
Our question today-
So, what will you do in response? Will you begin asking questions of men who have answers from the Bible?
