Your God . . . HE IS LORD

Ernie Miller Your God . . . HE IS LORD

Your God knows you. He remembers the first time you wept and the first time you laughed. He knows the day of your first steps and the day you spoke your first words. He knows the number of rain drops that ever fell upon you. (Google image, Jesus Christ).

He knows the distinct sound of your voice among all the voices of mankind. He knows each dream you ever dreamed and the dreams you hold in your heart. He knows what brings you joy and what you fear.

He knows all of your thoughts and the ones you've forgotten. He can recount every step you've taken, each fall, and every place you've ever been. He knows every person whom you've ever met and every friend you've ever made.

He knows of your every word spoken and ever thought imagined. He can recite every song you've ever sung or ever listened to. He knows what foods you like and the ones you don't. He knows the very second your heart beats and how many times it's ever beat.

And He knows what you need today and all your days. He knows the struggles you've faced and the victories you've won. He knows of your faith in him and when you are doubting.

He knows how to speak to you and how to care for you. He knows what's best for you and how to lead you to it. He knows what you understand and what you don't.

He knows all of your tomorrow's and knows his plans for you. He knows what's hard for you and what you're best at.

He knows all your sorrows and all the things that brought you shame. He knows every prayer you've ever spoken and the ones you did not. He knows each time you've called out His name and each time you gave him praise.

He knows what you face today, every battle you fight. He knows how to give you victory and knows how to silence your enemy.  For He knew you before you were conceived. He is your God . . . He knows you better than you know you. And He is for you, not against you.

Your God . . . HE IS LORD

"After all the tribulations and trials, after all the failures
and victories, after all the prayers and supplications, after
all the sermons and teachings, after all the persecution
and accusations, after all the labors of love and sacrifice,
after all the testimonies and witnessing . . . after all that
men do and face in the name of the Lord . . . at the end of
all their efforts in living unto Him . . . there still remains
only one praise to offer . . .
THE FAITHFULNESS OF OUR LORD . . .
From the first day of our lives with Him until eternity He is ever with us . . . ever leading, ever guiding, ever doing, ever moving, ever victorious, ever loving, ever powerful, ever compassionate, and ever Faithful . . . He is Lord, the risen King . . . Christ Jesus." Ernie Miller

Today's quote-

Redemption: "In whom we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace" (Eph. 1:7).
. . . Ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold...but with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot" (1 Pet. 1:18-19).
" . . . Thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by Thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation" (Rev. 5:9).
Purchased: " . . . the Church of God, which He hath purchased with His own blood" (Acts 20:28).
Washed from Our Sins: " . . . Unto Him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in His own blood" (Rev. 1:5).
Cleansed: "But if we walk in the light, as He is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanseth us from all sin" (1 John 1:7).
Purged from dead Works: "How much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered Himself without spot to God, purge your conscience from dead works to serve the living God?" (Heb. 9:14).
Peace and Reconciliation: "And, having made peace through the blood of His cross, by Him to reconcile all things unto Himself . . . "
(Col. 1:20).
Justification: " . . . Being now justified by His blood, we shall be saved from wrath through Him" (Rom. 5:9).
Sanctification: "Wherefore Jesus also, that He might sanctify the people with His own blood, suffered without the gate" (Heb. 13:12).
Made Nigh to God: "But now in Christ Jesus ye who sometimes were far off are made night by the blood of Christ" (Eph. 2:13).
Access into the Holiest: "Having therefore, brethren, boldness to enter into the holiest by the blood of Jesus" (Heb. 10:19).
Victory over Satan: "And they overcame him (Satan) by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto death"  (Rev. 12:11)

Prayer-

Most important appointment
Father, from the first day of our lives with Jesus until eternity, He will always be with us . . . ever leading, ever guiding, ever doing, ever moving, ever victorious, ever loving, ever powerful, ever compassionate, and ever Faithful . . . He is Lord, the risen King . . . Christ Jesus.
May we honor Him with our daily living, and may we find Him Faithful, giving us grace we don't deserve, but desperately need.
Thank You for Your means of saving us, as we know that our own works are not accomplishing that for us.
Help us understand the benefits of the precious shed blood of the Lord Jesus Christ from the listing given above.
We ask this in Jesus' name. Amen.

"In our modern era, it’s easy to get too busy. I’ve been challenged in the last few years to look at how I am spending my limited time here on earth . . .

Here’s a link to Corrie ten Boom’s book, 'The Hiding Place.' It’s a powerful, true story of a family of Christian watchmakers in Holland, who saved Jews from the Nazis during World War II."
